Moshe Frami's review of Coupa
Half the time the mobile app gets me what I need - quick access to a PO or vendor contact - so I can stop chasing paperwork at the lot. But it also stalls in the worst moments, spinning on "syncing" while drivers wait and the clock ticks; the interface feels clunky for fast searching and some filters are buried behind menus that don't make sense on a phone. I manage about 120 trucks and after 25 years in this business I can tell you uptime and quick hits matter more than pretty dashboards. When notifications do pop through they're useful - flagging supplier holds or invoice mismatches - but they're inconsistent and sometimes duplicate, which creates more headaches than answers during a busy dispatch window. If Coupa tightens mobile performance and cleans up the alert noise it could be much better for ops, but right now it's a mixed bag for day-to-day fleet work.
