I've used Coupa for about a year. Compared to the old mess of spreadsheets plus a standalone TMS, the single dashboard that pulls purchasing, invoicing and shipment notes together felt night-and-day - I manage admin for a 100-truck fleet and after seven years in the business, suddenly not hunting down invoice statuses was a real relief. The thing that made me happiest: being able to see supplier spend and shipment flags in one place so our weekly reconciliations dropped from half a day to a couple of hours. It's not a deep carrier-tracking tool (we still rely on our TMS for live ETAs), and the alert cadence can be noisy until you tweak rules, but for tying spend to supply risk it's a solid improvement over what we had.
