When a Midwest winter storm messed with a key supplier last December the platform's alerts actually fired and we rerouted orders before stock hit zero - saved us a decent chunk of cash. Not perfect (UI can be slow sometimes) but the visiblity and alerts work when it counts, so I'm happy with that.

The mobile app is slow to refresh GPS and often crashes during check-ins; push alerts come minutes late or not at all, which is brutal for someone dispatching 50 trucks with 12 years' experience in the Southeast and it cost us a missed Friday-night pickup. Lost driver hours and a detention fee last month - desktop may show everything but day-to-day on the road is unreliable, so we ended up rerouting by phone and paying extra.
