Their live map saved the day when our container got rerouted to Norfolk at the last minute. I had just pulled out on a Midwest run and the ETA update popped up on my phone - I turned back, grabbed a different load instead, avoided a six-hour sit at an empty dock, and the dispatcher even cut me a little bonus for not burning fuel. Only gripe: push alerts lagged a few minutes once, which almost caused confusion, but the route details and API pulls were solid so I’m giving it four stars.
