I've used ShipsGo for nine months, and it's already a marked change from the carrier portals and spreadsheets we relied on before. The single thing that truly improved day-to-day operations was the consolidated ETA-change notifications - before, dispatchers spent hours chasing updates across separate carrier sites; now a single alert cuts phone traffic and last-minute reassignments. After 30 years managing a 200-truck fleet in the Southwest, I still find clarity in ETAs is the biggest time-saver, so I give it 4/5.
