Bottom line: ShipsGo’s real-time ETA-change alerts are the single feature that materially improved our responsiveness. When an ocean carrier adjusted an arrival time the platform bundled the update into one clear notification and I could reassign pickups within minutes; I manage a 30-truck fleet on the West Coast and after ten years in logistics that level of actionable timing noticeably cut idle driver hours. I’d like to see rule-based auto-assignments added, but the ETA alerts alone have been a significant operational win.
