I run dispatch for a 75-truck fleet in the Pacific Northwest, and when an ETA shifts the revised window shows up in our dashboard fast enough to reschedule drivers without the usual grumbling. Notifications are helpful but a bit noisy until you fine-tune them, and a couple ocean lines still push updates slower than others. The API hooked into our dispatch system with minimal headaches, so switching from the scattered setup we had before was worth the effort.
