I've used ShipsGo for about eight months. Before this I was juggling carrier portals and a flood of emails, and ETAs were always inconsistent so dispatching our 20 trucks felt like guesswork. What made me happiest was the ETA-change notifications - they hit my phone and dashboard instantly and actually match what happens on the water or in the air, so I can reassign drivers before we waste hours waiting. It cut down the last-minute scrambles and late arrivals; afternoons are calmer now instead of a string of frantic calls. The live map is neat, but those timely alerts are the reason it replaced five different systems for me.
