Half the time their support team is on the ball and resolves device or integration issues quickly. With thirty years in the business and a 200-truck operation across the Southwest, I expect steady escalation and clarity - too often a ticket bounces between tiers or regional reps until someone improvises a fix, which is useful in the moment but maddening for planning. Good visibility from the system, but the inconsistent customer service keeps my rating at three stars.

Bottom line: Wialon's bad GPS fix cost me a booked load and $900 in penalties. The dashboard showed my truck sitting at the shipper for an hour while the driver was stuck in traffic on I-5, dispatcher reassigned the job, support basically shrugged - I run two trucks on the West Coast with thirty years behind the wheel, and that one bad ping wiped out a week's profit.

Yesterday one truck sat at a customer's dock for nearly two hours and Wialon never triggered the geofence exit alert - we only found out because the driver called furious. For a West Coast dispatcher managing 80 trucks with seven years on the job, unreliable geofence alerts that either delay or never fire cost us a $450 detention fee and a pissed-off customer; until their alert logic gets fixed we can't trust it for time-sensitive lanes.
