Bottom line: Wialon was worth the money for us - not cheap, but the value is there. I manage 20 trucks in the Northeast and after three years the recurring subscription plus a handful of compatible GPS units has paid back through fewer route disputes and faster dispatch decisions. The pricing is straightforward (per-device monthly fee) though add-ons and integrations can creep up if you start stacking features. What really made me happy was the trip playback - pulling exact routes and timestamps lets me resolve customer or driver questions in minutes instead of guessing. If your budget is tight you might hesitate at the upfront hardware costs, but for a mid-sized operation like ours the system covered its cost inside a year.
