Roselyn Osinski's review of Chain.io
Nine years on the road with three trucks out of the Southeast taught me to hate flaky software. We moved from a simple spreadsheet-and-phone system to Chain.io hoping for real-time updates, but their connectors kept dropping events and the mapping/setup felt like a half-finished dev project - lost a load last month and swallowed detention fees because the carrier update never hit our broker. Support was slow, so it ended up costing more time and money than the old way saved.
