The live tracking was the single thing that made this partnership work , real-time timestamps and condition photos literally saved a frozen seafood load during an LAX airport recovery. We got an alarm at 2 a.m., and from our office in the Pacific Northwest (we run about 100 trucks) I could watch the carrier’s progress, confirm bonded yard acceptance, and call the consignee before anything escalated. The vetted carrier showed up with the right paperwork and the time-stamped proof-of-condition convinced the buyer to accept instead of rejecting. Only gripe is the steep after-hours recovery fees; worth it for the save, but that premium keeps this at four stars for me.
