Jeanie Boehm's review of LAX Freight
When my reefer got flagged at the LAX cargo ramp at midnight and customs wouldn't release it, LAX Freight said they could get a bonded truck out same night so I called. They charged about 30–35% more than my usual drayage, but the truck showed up in 90 minutes and the load never warmed, saved me roughly $900 in spoilage/detention, so it was defintely worth it. Been running trucks in the PNW eight years and honstly that speed was the one thing that made the extra cost make sense.
