We run five trucks around the Pacific Northwest and I’ve been dispatching here for about four years. Last December during a sideways rainstorm a customer swore a pallet was never left at the back door - our driver had a timestamped photo of the porch and a digital signature in Track-POD; pulling that file and sending it stopped a chargeback in under two minutes and basically saved the week. What made me happiest was how fast I could find and forward the exact photo to ops - no digging through paper, no long calls. Only gripe: uploads can sit in the app until you get cell service, but everything syncs once you’re back online.
