Bottom line: Track-POD kept working when the network didn't, and that alone sold me. I run a 120-truck fleet in the Midwest and after 25 years you learn that storms and dead zones are part of the job - Track-POD’s offline caching of signatures and photos, with clean auto-sync and preserved timestamps, saved us from endless phone calls and missing proofs. The thing that made me happiest was drivers not having to re-enter PODs or wait for dispatch confirmation; everything showed up in the system as soon as the truck hit signal. My only gripe is occasional GPS drift on long hauls that once caused a location to report a few blocks off, but that was rare and didn’t affect the actual delivery confirmations.
