The second morning after we signed up a temp driver showed up with three tablets and no logins - I had him on the road before lunch. Getting started wasn’t entirely frictionless; syncing Track-POD with our old dispatch system required a small API bridge and a few late-night calls. What really made me happy was the CSV route import: it cleaned up half of our bad addresses and auto-geocoded stops so routes looked correct right away. Drivers learned the app in under 20 minutes - photo proofs and signatures became second nature fast. Support was responsive during the ramp-up, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five.
