I've used Alliance Shippers for just over two years. Getting started was easier than I expected - an onboarding coordinator handled the cold-chain paperwork and set up our EDI feed so my ops team didn't have to babysit every tech detail. With 85 trucks and 16 years in the business, I needed that kind of single point of contact; it cut weeks of back-and-forth down to a few coordinated calls. The thing that actually made me happy was the tracking feed coming online right on schedule, which kept our retail customers calm during peak windows. There have been a few small issues since, but none that threatened deliveries.
