Sign-up was pretty painless, but getting paid and setting up driver pay was a different story - I'm kinda torn. Their onboardng portal took my COIs fine and the account rep was actually helpful on calls, yet the portal kept timing out on hazmat docs and invoices sat longer than they should while the pay-clearing dragged on; I've been running my own truck for 12 years in the Midwest so I know the drill and this felt half slick, half messy. If you need to roll yesterday you can get on board fast, but don't expect smooth cashflow right away.
