Bottom line: Odyssey's mobile app noticeably cuts the constant calling for ETAs. The live ETA feed - GPS-based and updating the second a driver moves - lets planners see real progress instead of getting vague status reports, which has saved us a ton of back-and-forth. I manage 75 trucks across the Pacific Northwest and that one feature alone knocked hours off our dispatch queue and calmed down the office. Uploading PODs and driver photos is simple too, though push notifications can lag when coverage drops; that’s the main snag we've seen. On balance the day-to-day usability is solid and intuitive enough that new drivers pick it up in a shift, and the time savings outweigh the occasional hiccup.
