What I liked most was that they showed up when it mattered - not often a given in our line of work. We had a last-minute molding-line shutdown in Toledo and Odyssey lined up equipment and a driver the same afternoon so the inbound parts hit the dock on time. I've run a 40-truck fleet out of the Midwest for two decades, and I can tell when a partner actually delivers versus just promising. Their dispatcher stayed on the phone, pushed ETAs to my system, and kept me looped in until the load was offloaded. Four stars because paperwork and final invoicing took longer than I like, but reliability on the street earned them this score.
