The tracking portal is what grabbed my attention - and it’s also the thing that drives me nuts. I’m a dispatcher managing five trucks out here in the PNW for the last four years, and when the live pings actually update it makes planning pickups super easy, but too often the map freezes or shows stale locations and I end up calling drivers to confirm. Good when it works, frustrating when it doesn’t; feels like they need to fix consistency before adding more bells and whistles.
