The bulk CSV import with address auto-correction was the one feature that truly made me happy - our 250-truck operation in the Southwest, backed by 15 years in the business, threw a lot of messy addresses at it and most were matched and geocoded without manual fixes. A few drivers needed help with status updates during rollout, so setup wasn't flawless, but it significantly reduced onboarding time.
Twenty years on Midwest roads and after jumping from Route4Me and our clunky in-house planner, Routific actually tightened routes enough to cut fuel and idle time. But the live GPS and ETAs are jumpy in rural spots and the dispatcher UI makes you babysit re-routes more than I used to - useful savings, frustrating trade-offs.
