Bottom line: their tracking and global reach feel like an upgrade, but pickups and detention billing are messier than the regional carrier we used before. I dispatch 15 trucks across the Southwest and after ten years I'm torn - drivers like the clearer ETAs and fewer phone-tag moments, yet loads sit longer and untangling detention charges takes more time than it did with the smaller outfit, so it’s a trade-off rather than a straight improvement.

I've used it for five years. The mobile app's ETA updates - finally something my drivers stopped calling dispatch about - are consistently reliabe and cut idle time across my 15-truck operation in the Southeast. Day-to-day that single feature has simplified scheduling more than any other tool we've tried, and the photo proof uploads are a helpful bonus, though the interface could be a touch cleaner.

Thought they'd be an upgrade over our old broker, but CJ's tracking was worse - shipments sat “in transit” with zero updates while drivers waited. I'm a dispatcher running about 30 trucks on the West Coast and their bad ETAs and surprise detention charges cost us roughly $1,200 last month alone. Customer service was slow and unhelpful, so we switched back because the last provider at least answered texts and didn’t hit us with random fees.
