right when we needed it, the live map froze and every driver’s ETA turned into a guessing game. Most days Routific slices our mileage and the optimized routes are honest - saved a ton on one clear weekday - but during heavy rain or when cell coverage drops in the PNW hills it becomes flaky. We run about 100 trucks and after seven years in this business you learn to panic when tracking goes stale; that happened twice this quarter and forced manual calls and paper lists. Dispatch tools are simple and the ETA math is solid when it's working, but there's no sugarcoating the stress when the map stalls and customers start blowing up the phones. Three stars: handy on reliable days, maddening when you need it most.
