Bottom line: Yusen pulled a last-minute miracle and got a transmission module to our Indiana plant overnight when our vendor missed the cut-off. I called them at 7pm, they rebooked an air uplift, arranged a local pickup, and the dispatcer stayed on the line updating me - saved us from a shudown. I've run my own trucks in the Midwest for 12 years, and this kind of follow-through is rare, so I'll be calling them again.
