When our newest driver missed a turn and Routific recalculated his remaining stops with updated ETAs in under a minute, it was clear the setup had been straightforward. In my eleven years managing a 60-truck fleet in the Southeast, I have not seen a tool let dispatchers import a full day's stops via CSV and have live tracking active that quickly - that CSV import was the single thing that impressed me most. The interface is clean enough that our team required almost no hand-holding to begin using it in production.
