The live tracking froze during our busiest shift and it ruined the whole route timetable. On a snowy Tuesday last month the app stopped updating for twenty minutes; dispatch accidentally sent two drivers to the same high-priority client while leaving another customer waiting for three hours. After 28 years in the business managing a 150-truck fleet in the Northeast, that kind of glitch costs real money and even more headaches. We paid roughly $1,100 in overtime, wasted fuel on pointless backtracking, and ultimately lost a regional retail account because their deliveries were missed. The dashboard looks nice, but when GPS and dispatching disconnect you get chaos - I can’t trust Routific on a high-volume day.
