Bottom line: FedEx Logistics cleared a container stuck in customs overnight and saved a major delivery from collapsing. I run dispatch for about 60 trucks in the Southeast and after nine years you get used to late-night headaches, but their broker actually called, handled the paperwork, and by dawn the driver was headed out - no detention fees, no angry client. One swift call and the mess was fixed; that kind of follow-through is why I keep calling them when things go sideways.
