All 30 reviews →I've used Arrive Logistics for about two years. What really stood out was their real-time ETA updates and exception alerts - not marketing fluff, but live adjustments that actually keep loads moving. After 28 years in trucking and running a 150-truck fleet in the Northeast, I've seen promises of accuracy; Arrive pinged us when a pickup window shifted and we rerouted a driver to avoid a three-hour detention last month. Their carrier app ties into ELD data and shows hold-ups on the map before they become full-blown problems, which has noticeably calmed dispatch and trimmed payroll waste. It doesn't fix every headache, but that one feature has saved us time and money and earned them a solid five stars from me.
Bottom line: Arrive's rates were higher than the usual brokers I use but totally worth it. Paid about 5-7¢ more per mile on Midwest runs and that extra cash covered fuel and then some, so I didnt have to chase sketchy loads just to make payroll. Been running 12 years and the one thing that made me really happy was the steady higher pay - no games, less deadhead, worthit.
...the GPS feed actually saved me a ton of time. Been a company driver nine years in the Northeast and their live ETAs and push alerts let me skip sitting for a backed-up dock - cut one stop's wait by almost an hour. Only knock is the app glitches when toggling lanes, but still solid for tracking.
