Freddy Kassulke-Boyle's review of PSA BDP
Bottom line: Mixed reliability - PSA BDP will move freight predictably most of the time, but don’t count on them when a compliance snag or tight delivery window matters. We run a 200-truck fleet in the Southwest and leaned on them for chemical and pharmaceutical lanes; routine ocean shipments were fine, yet a customs hold on a time-sensitive pharma load took nearly 48 hours to clear while updates from their team were vague and slow. I’ll keep them in the rotation for lower-risk routes, but for high-stakes shipments I now budget extra lead time and dedicate staff to chase resolution.
