…their visibility dashboard - it's a weird mix. When the system worked it was brilliant: I spotted a misrouted hazardous-material load on a Friday night and rerouted it before the depot even called, which saved us an emergency detour and a lot of headache. But more often than not the portal's event pushes lag by hours, sometimes showing trucks already cleared when our drivers are still loading; with 85 trucks that inconsistency turns into wasted miles and unreliable ETAs. Support takes forever to untangle feed issues and the API to our TMS drops connections on noisy cellular routes around the Cascades. So I'm torn - when it clicks it's genuinely useful, and when it doesn't it's a recurring pain that eats time every week.
