Larissa Lemke's review of PSA BDP
Bottom line: the PSA BDP mobile app gives you the visibility you need, but using it every day feels like a compromise. The tracking map and timeline are handy for a quick status check - handy enough when coordinating loads across my 50-truck fleet in the Northeast - plus PDF uploads work when they do. The real problem is reliability: push alerts drop, ETAs sometimes freeze, and drivers keep telling me photos or signatures spin and then vanish. MFA and session timeouts are clunky too, so dispatchers end up making calls instead of trusting the app. I'm torn: it's useful as a secondary tool, but I can't rely on it as the single source for operations.
