Caterina Mraz's review of AIT Worldwide Logistics
Used them for nine years. Last month AIT routed a refrigerated load to the wrong pier and my trailer sat idle for almost two days while the consignee was told it hadn’t arrived - driver unpaid, per diem stacking up, and I missed another booked run; cost me about $450 out of pocket. Their tracking showed everything 'in transit' so no one had a real answer when I called, and that level of radio silence was infuriating.
