The pricing transparency was what impressed me most - predictable line items and clear, itemized invoices made budgeting straightforward. With thirty years in fleet operations and a 200-truck regional run in the Southwest, AIT's per-shipment fees proved competitive, and their shipment visibility reduced the detention surprises that used to inflate our monthly spend. A few ocean surcharges cropped up, but for the air and cross-border lanes we rely on the price justified the move; I rate them 4/5.
