Bottom line: DB Schenker's tracking finally gave us ETAs we could trust. I've been running a 50-truck fleet in the Northeast for 18 years and we've had too many providers that tossed around day-long windows; with DB Schenker their live ETA updates were usually within 30 minutes of actual arrival, which cut driver idle time noticeably. That single improvement - accurate ETAs - saved us headaches and reduced detention by roughly a fifth in my experience. The only rough patch was the billing portal; it took a couple of calls to straighten invoices, but their reps answered and fixed things quickly. If predictable pickup timing is your priority, they're a clear step up from what we used before.
