Last Tuesday the Landstar app flipped my load to “delivered” while I was still two hours away and the receiver refused the truck because paperwork never showed - dispatch didn’t correct the tracking. I burned fuel, sat through unpaid detention, and spent hours fixing something their system lied about; their so-called real-time tracking cost me a day and money. After two years running PNW lanes that kind of tech failure kills my margin - won’t be running with them until that tracking actually works.
