Jeanie Boehm's review of Landstar
First week I rolled into their Seattle yard with half my paperwok missing and the onboarding rep pulled up my safety files on a tablet, had me sign a couple things and got me live in their system in under an hour. The portal then matched me to a local run same day - I'm an owner-operator in the PNW with 8 years on the road, so I expected a heap of red tape but it was suprisingly quick. Only gripe: agent follow-up can be patchy, had to call back once to nail down pickup times, but for getting started they made it way easier than I'd thought.
