Last month a Jacksonville pickup got delayed three hours and my previous broker would've left me hanging. Landstar's agent texted right away and their app showed live ETAs so I could re-route another load without burning diesel - that real-time tracking is what won me over. I've been running three trucks for nine years in the Southeast, and while pay paperwork runs a tad slower than the tiny broker I used to run with, fewer day-of surprises make it a 4-star deal for me.
