Honestly, their rates were higher than a few local brokers we shop around with, but the invoice actually matched the quote - no mysterious fuel-surcharge surprises. What made me really happy was the billing transparency; after 18 years in this business I can spot padded accessorials a mile away, and GEODIS breaks each line out so my accounting team stops calling me at 7pm. For a 50-truck operation in the Northeast that saved us real time and probably one or two chargebacks a month. Service isn't lightning-fast on weekends and that lag knocked them down a notch. Still, price-for-value? I'm giving them a 4/5 and keeping them on the preferred list.
