The live tracking on EchoShip is what sold me - seeing the trailer dot move on the map cut out half the phone tag. After 12 years running Midwest lanes I'm an owner-operator and that visibility actually meant fewer surprise pickups and less waiting around. Only knock is their ETA will sometimes jump 30-45 min with no updates, so woudl be nicer if that was tighter; still 4 stars cuz the map is legit.
Last spring one of our reefers got reassigned through Echo and the driver ended up sitting two hours outside Albany because the pickup address changed in the app at the last minute. Their EchoShip map makes those changes way clearer than the clunky email chain my old broker used, and I run ten trucks in the Northeast, but support's response time is hit-or-miss so the tech wins some days and creates extra headaches on others.
