Adonis Kerluke's review of Echo Global Logistics
Wish notifications were smarter - right now we get pings for minor status changes and miss the real-time ETA updates that matter. EchoShip does push ETA updates and the quick-book flow is genuinely handy when I'm juggling loads, but it also crashes during peak times and the GPS tracking lags so drivers end up calling dispatch. I manage 75 trucks in the Pacific Northwest, so small inefficiencies multiply fast; when the map freezes or proofs of delivery won't upload, it becomes a tangible cost. App chat support can be helpful and sometimes sorts things out quickly. Still torn - when the app behaves it cuts paperwork and saves time, but the inconsistency makes it unreliable enough to be frustrating.
