Margie Kovacek's review of Echo Global Logistics
We manage a 250-truck fleet out of the Southwest and after fifteen years with a regional broker, Echo felt both familiar and foreign. Their EchoShip portal gives clearer real-time visibility than the spreadsheets and phone calls we lived with before, which saved our dispatchers time, but rates fluctuated more than expected and the account team often routed questions through a ticketing queue rather than resolving issues on the spot. I'm torn - digital transparency was a real step forward, yet the transactional support and inconsistent pricing made it hard to justify switching entirely.
