Larissa Lemke's review of Echo Global Logistics
I manage a 50-truck fleet in the Northeast and have been doing this for 18 years. We switched from a small regional broker that knew our lanes and drivers to Echo expecting better tech and steadier pricing - big mistake. EchoShip looked promising, but its tracking was often wrong and updates came after problems had already happened; loads were re-routed without timely notice and we missed delivery windows. That resulted in thousands in detention fees and a customer chargeback that almost cost us a key account. We're moving back to the regional broker - Echo’s scale didn’t buy the reliability we actually needed.
