Used Hub Group for about 4 years and when stuff goes sideways they usually fix it. One Nor'easter my pickup vanished and Hub Connect showed an open lane and re-routed me same day - saved me a ton of deadhead miles and a wasted day. Been on NE runs mostly, and that kind of reliability is worth everything, no fuss.

Three-truck owner-operator out of the Southwest - Hub Group usually hits their intermodal windows and Hub Connect's tracking actually helps me plan. But when a last-minute truckload reshuffle hit I sat idle a day with drivers frustrated and pay lost; theyre reliable somtimes and flaky other times, so it's a tossup imo.

On my first scheduled integration call the Hub Group rep did not show up and our API credentials sat pending for two weeks with no clear owner. Getting Hub Connect activated became a slog of manual paperwork and handoffs - I'm the manager of a small West Coast fleet of ten trucks with one year in the role, so those delays immediately strained our operations. The holdup cost us over $3,000 in extra deadhead and churned customers, and we ultimately canceled the rollout.
