Bottom line: WWEX was a clear step up from the broker I’d been using - fewer surprises and quicker answers. After nine years running three trucks in the Southeast, the thing that sold me was their tracking dashboard - real-time updates actually cut phone tag in half and let me plan pickups better. Billing cleaned up a lot of the old confusion too, though I lost a star for the occasional carrier mix-up; still a better fit for my operation.
