We were scrambling to add a reliable LTL partner to support a 25-truck fleet - four years into building this operation. Getting started with WWEX was surprisingly quick because a dedicated onboarding rep walked us through the portal and connected our load board to their API in under two weeks. The one thing that made me genuinely happy: once the API was live, automated pickup confirmations and live-tracking updates started flowing in without me having to chase carriers. Not everything was perfect - a few carrier exceptions still needed manual fixes and the portal can be a bit clunky - but the fast setup let us start tendering freight almost immediately. Four stars because pricing and certain lanes are hit-or-miss, but if speed of implementation matters to you, WWEX delivers.
