Their predictive ETAs saved us a ton of headaches. The alerts showed realistic delay probabilities hours before carriers called, so we could reassign loads and avoid long layovers; we run 75 trucks in the Pacific Northwest, and those small windows matter. Last month a backup at the Fraser River terminal was flagged with a projected two-hour dwell and rerouting two trucks that morning kept us from paying detention and got drivers home on time. The dashboard isn't flashy but it's clear, and the data feeds into our TMS with minimal tweaking. That ETA feature alone pays for itself fast.
