Bottom line: Beon wasn't worth the money. They promise real-time freight visibility and a massive carrier network, but the platform fees and sneaky accessorial markups turned every invoice into a surprise. With 25 trucks in the Midwest we expected net savings; instead our average cost per load climbed by roughly $35–$45, which added about $3,200 extra to our monthly bills over three months. Support took forever to explain line-item charges and cancelling the service dragged through two billing cycles, so the financial hit stuck around longer than it should have. If your main concern is price, don't waste time - this looks good on a deck, but it ate into our margins and left me frustrated.
