I've used Beon for about a year. Last month a bridge closure blew up my planned route and the platform's live tracking plus quick reroute pushed a workable alternate to my phone fast enough that we still hit the delivery window. I'm a company driver on the West Coast with three years driving under my belt, and I really value tech that actually helps when it matters.

The live tracking in the app is the real win for me - seeing truck dots move and getting ETA pings actually cuts down our morning avalanche of "where's my load" texts. I'm a dispatcher running five trucks in the Pacific Northwest and that single feature saves me hours of phone tag every week. Photo uploads for PODs can stall sometimes and the search filters are a little clunky, but the app handles the hustle of daily shuffles better than most others we've tried.

Bottom line: Beon’s pricing was worth it - predictable LTL rates and transparent accessorial charges actually saved us money. For my 10-truck outfit in the Northeast, the thing that made me happy was how rarely the quote and final invoice diverged, which cut the time I spent disputing charges and let me focus on routing instead of paperwork.
