Last Tuesday the DSV tracker showed a shipment "arrived" and closed out the order while my driver was still sitting at the dock - no call, no note. I dispatch 60 trucks across the Southeast and after nine years you get picky about accuracy; their visibility tool usually spits out useful lane-level updates but that phantom delivery messed up my whole routing plan. The UI is tidy and when the statuses are correct it actually speeds things up, but those random stale or incorrect updates make me second-guess every alert.
